The Company: General Information

• Tipwin Ltd. is a Maltese company which provides Multi-Channel sports betting in the stationary and in the online area under the brand tipwin. The bookmaker company was founded in 2011 as an international trading company based in Malta. All licenses and permits for the organization of betting shops and all accompanying activities were granted by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) under the license number: MGA/B2C/200/2011.
• Tipwin is an officially approved sports betting organizer in Germany, which operates under the supervision of the Gambling Authority of the Federal States (Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder, Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts, Hansering 15, 06108 Halle (Saale), email: [email protected]). Permission to organize sports betting on the internet and in stationary business was granted with a decision dated September 6th, 2020 and extended with a decision dated December 27th, 2022.
• As an international company, we place a great emphasis on compliance with the respective national policies and guidelines, in particular we find the protection of players and youth very important as well as data protection and the security of money transfers.
• Our Research & Development Department is constantly working on the improvement of specially produced software, which is always oriented to the latest standards to allow our end users to experience a unique betting experience at the highest level.
• As a Multi-Channel provider, we offer our clients a wide range of sports, leagues and betting types through various distribution channels. On this basis within a very short period we have gained a large clientele. For our rapid growth and expand we place a great emphasis on intensive care of our customers. Our in-house support team and the bookmaker department, which manages both the betting offer as well as risk management, are always ready to deal with all requests and wishes of our customers as quickly as possible and to provide assistance immediately.
